2006 - The company was officially established to carry out diesel engine,boiler, electrical automation and other ship maintenance 

2012 - Engineers trained electronic controlled diesel engine courses at MAN

2013 - Engineers trained at Mitsubishi, and the company was authorized to maintain UEC engine for after-servcie

2015 - Setup hydraulic workshop -Boeaman Shanghai, and cooperated with MAN, CSSC, Mitsui, HSD for main engine FIVA&HPS maintenance 

2016 - In-depth cooperation with the United States Kormarine, officially launched overseas business

2017 - Upgrade test platform to expand Wartsia/ WinGD ICU and SOP maintenance 

2018 - Established Boeaman Singapore and obtained licensing certificates from Mitsui, Rexroth, Nabtesco and Parker

2019 - Certified by CSSC as qualified supplier of diesel engine pneumatic system, hydraulic system and remote control system

2021 - Joint venture Dieselmech Asia is established to carry out aftermarket maintenance of Hyundai two - and four-stroke diesel engines in Singapore.

2022 - The company obtained the authorization of HSD (Doosan) electronic controlled diesel engine maintenance

 
2022 - Joint venture formation of Zygos Marine, establishment of service center in Greece
